Registration is a 2-part process:

Step 1 – Registration Form: complete and submit Career Fair Registration Form below; you will then see an automated response with directions for Step 2

Step 2 – Payment: submit payment using either credit card or check

Following Step 2, you will be emailed a notice to confirm your completed registration process.

We will be providing box lunches for all the exhibitors. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in the “Message to the Coordinator” box when you register.

Vendor check-in begins at 10:45 a.m. on February 10.  Exhibitors must be completely set up by 11:15 a.m. Should you need special assistance transporting your items, please indicate this when your registration is confirmed. We can arrange for small carts to carry a limited amount of items.

Register before January 20, 2017 and pay only $350 for Vendor Registration Exhibit Space! After January 20, 2017 Vendor Registration Exhibit Space will be $450.

Career Fair Registration Form

  • All sponsorship levels include vendor registration with premium position at exhibit expo. Gator Nurse Sponsor level also includes complimentary interview space during the Career Fair. For a complete listing of benefits per sponsorship level, please see the Sponsorship Opportunities page.
  • Registration includes: 1.) a six foot table; 2.) company name listed on printed materials (if registered no later than 2 weeks prior to Career Fair); 3.) 2 tickets to Career Fair for your representatives (additional reps are $25 each).
  • It is the vendor's responsibility to bring any additional items needed including extension cords, promotional materials, tablecloth, signage, etc.
  • Interview Space if available on a first come, first serve basis. If interested, please include in your registration. If spaces sell out prior to your registration, you will be refunded this amount.

  • Registering more than 2 representatives (first 2 are included in vendor registration)? Please indicate the number of additional representatives you are bringing, at $25 each. Keep in mind that space in the exhibit expo area is tight, and may not support more than 4 total representatives.

    Electrical Outlets are limited and are available to those registrants who request access first (first come, first served). Exhibit location will be determined by electrical outlet location, and therefore requests for them must be made at the time of registration. If needed, vendor is responsible for providing own extension cord.

After submitting the Career Registration Form above, you will need to submit payment of the registration fee or sponsorship, in order for your registration for Career Fair 2017 to be complete.
