Vendors registering for the Career Fair can do so online (http://uffuflevents.imodules.com/CONCareerFair2013) or by faxing the registration form. Registration includes space with a table at our Career Fair and your name listed in promotional materials in advance of the event as well as in the official Career Fair program. This also includes two tickets to Career Fair for your representatives.

There are also additional services/items which can be purchased with your registration. For an additional fee, our Career Fair also offers your company the option to interview students for possible internships or nursing positions. Exhibits and interviews will take place in the HPNP Complex at the University of Florida, Gainesville. See below for a list of vendor registration fees.
We will be providing box lunches for all the exhibitors. Please let us know when you register if you have any special dietary needs.
Vendor Registration begins at 10:45 a.m. on February 15th. Exhibitors must be completely set up by 11:15 a.m. Should you need special assistance transporting your items, please indicate this when your registration is confirmed. We can arrange for small carts to carry a limited amount of items.
Register before January 25, 2013 and pay only $300 for Vendor Registration Exhibit Space! After January 25, 2013 Vendor Registration Exhibit Space will be $400.

Please note: it is the vendor’s responsibility to bring any additional items needed including extension cords, promotional materials, tablecloth, signage, etc.

If you will be requiring wireless access, UF requires us to create a temporary UF ID, and therefore will need your social security number as well as home address prior to the event by January 25, 2013. Please call Anna Suggs at 352-273-6395 with your social security number and address. All requests after the January 25 date will not be able to be filled.
